Megan Boszko, DVM

Surgical Resident

Dr. Boszko is a native of East Brunswick, New Jersey. She attended Rutgers University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with a minor in Equine Science. During college she volunteered as a veterinary assistant in addition to working at a therapeutic riding program for special needs children.

Dr. Boszko attended veterinary school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Upon graduating she returned to New Jersey to complete a year long rotating internship at Garden State Veterinary Specialists (GSVS). Dr. Boszko stayed on with GSVS for a year long surgical internship prior to joining Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists (CVSS). In 2020, Dr. Boszko joined CVSS and worked as a surgical intern for two years. Dr. Boszko began her three year surgical residency with CVSS in 2022.

During her free time, Dr. Boszko enjoys hiking, fishing, snowboarding and cuddling with her Instagram famous cat, Cheeto. Dr. Boszko is a retired Champion Irish Step Dancer and hopes to one day share her love of dance by teaching.
