Kristine Moss, DVM

Surgical Resident

Dr. Moss is originally from Indiana; however, she has become a global citizen through her many travels. She attended Purdue University, College of Veterinary Medicine, where she graduated in 2014 and joined the US Army Veterinary Corps.

Dr. Moss completed a rotating internship at the Fort Campbell Veterinary Center subsequently serving with the 72nd Medical Detachment Veterinary Services Support at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. She was then selected to serve the Military Working Dog mission, as well as the Service Member population as the Chief of Outpatient Services of the Veterinary Medical Center Europe in Kaiserslautern Germany. Dr. Moss’s travels have now brought her to Maryland to complete a surgical internship and surgical residency with the Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists.

Dr. Moss has two children, a loving and dedicated husband, two sweet cats and an energetic dachshund mix dog. Her hobbies include continually reading and learning about leadership and veterinary medicine, gardening, baking, spending time with her family, and playing her Double Bass.
